Norfolk Island Pine
The Norfolk Island Pinegrows quickly, up tosix inches annually when kept potted, and can reach 200 feet in its native habitat. Thistree doesn’t belong to the pine family, it has a similar pyramidal, upright shape and evergreen foliage.Transplant the Norfolk pine to a larger planter every four years or when it grows out of its current container.Norfolk pines need a humidity level around 50 percent. Place a humidifier in the room with the pine if your home has dry conditions.
Apply a water-soluble fertilizer every four months while the tree grows. Any fertilizer suited for indoor foliage plants works fine, or choose a balanced fertilizer such as 10-10-10. Cease fertilizing during the winter months.
– At least a few hours of direct sunlight daily and plenty of indirect light throughout the day. Turn the plant a quarter rotation every week to provide even light distribution.

Araucaria heterophylla, also known as the Norfolk Island Pine, is a graceful evergreen conifer with tiered, feathery branches that bring instant architecture to any space. Outdoors in warmer climates it can grow huge, but indoors it stays a charming, long-lived statement piece.
Plant Care
Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light, with a touch of gentle morning or evening sun. Rotate regularly for even growth.
Watering: Keep the soil lightly moist, letting the top few centimetres dry out between waterings. Avoid soggy conditions.
Temperature: Best at 1024C. Can tolerate dips to 5C but protect from frost.
Potting: Happy in A Sandy Loam mix a balance of drainage and moisture retention.
Hot tips: Skip misting; instead, keep humidity up with a pebble tray or by grouping with other plants. Keep away from hot, dry radiators.
Pet Safe: No not safe for pets if ingested.
