Cabbage Deadon F1 Seeds

Cabbage Deadon F1 Seeds are a robust ‘January King’ type, prized for their improved vigour, sweet flavour, and attractive red-tinted leaves. This versatile variety is perfect for home-grown kitchens, delivering consistent quality for delicious winter meals.

Sow indoors from March to May, placing seeds thinly about 1.5cm (half an inch) deep in pots or trays of compost. Transplant to larger pots if needed and harden off before planting out from May onwards, spacing plants 35cm (14in) apart. For outdoor sowing, plant from April to July, transplanting seedlings approximately 10cm (4in) tall into their final position, again allowing 35cm (14in) between plants. Keep the soil firm and consistently moist to support healthy growth.

Harvest from August through to January, enjoying fresh, home-grown cabbage that adds flavour and colour to your winter dishes.
